We want you to get to know us better, just as much as we want to get to know you throughout your process.
This staff spotlight is on Lindsay Montoya. As a Front Office/Financial Supervisor at Red Rock Fertility Center, Lindsay helps patients understand their financing options for their fertility treatment. She goes through insurance benefits and upcoming financial responsibilities with patients.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The most exciting part of my job is seeing the patients graduate! This means they passed their first trimester OB monitoring and will now be finishing their prenatal care with an OBGYN. It’s always such a rewarding feeling when you see patients leave Red Rock Fertility Center with successful treatments!

Tell us about the relationships you’re able to form with each of your patients.
I always try to connect with patients on a personal level when I first meet them. I want them to feel completely comfortable during their treatment process. That’s why I give patients my personal cell number so they can contact me directly with any concerns they have.
I also make sure that I answered all their questions, especially about insurance benefits or upcoming financial responsibilities. The fertility journey can be emotionally and financially stressful, so I never want patients to be unsure about anything. It’s incredibly important that patients feel confident in our practice and the treatment they’re about to undergo.

What’s the process for your patients during treatment?
The first step is the new patient consultation. During the consultation, couples will meet with Dr. Littman and discuss questions or concerns they may have. From there, she will order a series of diagnostic tests for both partners. After the tests are completed, patients will come back for a follow-up consultation to go over the results and treatment options. In the follow-up consultation, Dr. Littman recommends the treatment she feels will be the most successful. Lastly, the patient meets with the financial department to discuss financing options for their treatment.

What do you think makes Red Rock Fertility Center a unique place for fertility treatment?
I think Red Rock Fertility Center stands out for its dedicated staff and state-of-the-art technology in our IVF lab.
But another HUGE selling point is our facility space. We get countless compliments on how beautiful our office and surgery center is. We really want our office to feel Zen-like so that patients can feel more relaxed during their visits.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
I’m most proud of my diligent work ethic. I’ve been working since I was 15. When I was younger, my parents taught me the value of hard work. Those lessons helped shape me into who I am today and I’m very thankful for that. All those years of hard work allowed me to own my first house by the time I was 20!

How long have you been in Las Vegas? What’s your favorite part about this town?
I was born and raised in Las Vegas! I love living in Vegas because there’s so many sights and activities to see and do here. It’s also great that you can live in a calm and quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Vegas, and still have the ability to have fun just 20-30 minutes away!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending time with my husband and two daughters every free chance I get!

What is your favorite restaurant?
My favorite restaurant is the Hibachi Table!

What is your favorite place to visit? Any places you’d love to visit?
My favorite places to visit are tropical beaches. My husband and I went to the Bahamas in 2011 and it was the most amazing trip ever! We plan to take our girls to Hawaii for a nice family trip in the next couple of years. None of us have been there yet, so it’ll be a great experience for the whole family!

Is there anything you can’t live without?
I absolutely can’t live without my family or sweets. I love both of them too much!
