We want you to get to know us better, just as much as we want to get to know you throughout your process.

This staff spotlight is on Nadine Maxilom. As a Financial Coordinator at Red Rock Fertility Center, Nadine walks patients through financing options for fertility treatment. She works with patients’ insurance plans to ensure they receive the necessary coverage for their treatment.

• What’s the most exciting part of your job?

  The most exciting part of my job is that it doesn’t even feel like a job for me. It feels so satisfying to give couples the financial tools they need to have a successful pregnancy.

• Tell us about the relationships you’re able to form with each of your patients.

  Everyone at Red Rock Fertility is like family. It’s important for us to know our patients by name and not a number. When I’m working with patients, I get to know each one on a personal and emotional level because everyone has a different story to tell. It makes my job more rewarding if I can help patients with their financial needs by understanding who they are and what they’ve gone through.

• What’s the process for your patients during treatment?

  As a Financial Coordinator, I walk our patients through financing options for their treatment process. If your insurance doesn’t include fertility benefits or your benefits are limited, I can introduce other available options to help you afford treatment.

• What do you think makes Red Rock Fertility Center a unique place for fertility treatment?

  Red Rock Fertility is known for having the latest technology and a welcoming boutique-style atmosphere. Our goal is to ensure that every patient experiences a natural environment rather than a clinic. This makes it easier and less stressful in dealing with such sensitive treatment. Red Rock Fertility’s success rates depend on providing the best patient care through state-of-the-art technology and compassionate staff.

• How long have you been in Las Vegas? What’s your favorite part about this town?

  I’m originally from New Mexico, but I’ve lived in Las Vegas for about ten years now. My favorite part of Las Vegas is the diverse food and people this town has to offer!

• What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

  In my free time, I love traveling with my family. I also enjoy running and staying fit.

• What is your favorite restaurant?

  My favorite restaurant has to be Sushi Loca.

• What is your favorite place to visit? Any places you’d love to visit?

  My favorite place to visit is the Hawaiian Islands! I call it my second home because my husband’s ohana, or family, lives there. For my travel bucket list, I would love to meet my extended family in Canada and travel around Europe.
