Our team at Red Rock Fertility Center is committed to providing personalized service to all of our patients. We believe that it’s beneficial for both the staff and patients to develop a personal relationship to have a better experience. That’s why we started this ongoing staff spotlight series. We want you to get to know us better, just as much we want to get to know you throughout your process.

The first staff spotlight is on Dr. Eva Littman. As the founder of Red Rock Fertility Center, Dr. Littman has worked hard to produce high pregnancy success rates in Las Vegas and throughout the US and abroad. She’s especially passionate about taking on cases with less than a five percent chance of pregnancy. When she’s not in the clinic, you can probably find her exploring the local foodie scene, going kayaking, or spending time with her three children.

Learn more about Dr. Littman here:

  • What’s the most exciting development for fertility treatment?

The ability to freeze eggs is an exciting option for women in their 20s and 30s, especially if they aren’t ready to settle down and have kids yet. I hope that more women take advantage of this development and know that they’re able to stop the biological clock.

  • Why did you choose Las Vegas and what do you love most about it?

Las Vegas has two things I love: good food and amazing spas. I’ve also learned that the older I get, the more I love the Las Vegas heat.

  • What’s your favorite sports team?

Duke Basketball of course! (Dr.Littman completed her undergrad, Medical School, and OB/GYN Residency at Duke!)

  • What’s your favorite food and/or restaurant?

I absolutely love the sashimi from Sen of Japan, but my all-time favorite restaurant is L’Atelier in the MGM Grand.

  • What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time, I love kayaking, dancing, attending wine tasting events, and playing with my kids.

  • Favorite place to visit? Or places you’d like to visit?

My favorite place to visit is the Caribbean because I love the clear, warm water! But, I’d really like to go to Southeast Asia someday and see all the Buddhist temples and ancient ruins.

  • If you weren’t in medicine, what would you be doing?

I’d definitely be a wine sommelier or a food writer!

  • Tell us about your own family?

I have three beautiful, smart daughters who are ages 3, 9, and 11. Our family also includes a small dog named Chelsea, a rabbit named Charlie, and several fishes.

  • What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

I have two accomplishments I’m most proud of, which include getting this clinic started by myself during the WORST economy ever and producing successful pregnancy rates for my patients.

  • What motivates you?

What motivates me is being able to make people’s dreams come true after they’ve almost given up hope. To look into those babies’ eyes and see the results in real life is absolutely priceless. It’s rewarding knowing that I had something to do with that.

Please stay tuned for our next staff spotlight feature. We look forward to sharing more about our team in the coming months!
