We want you to get to know us better, just as much as we want to get to know you throughout your process.
This staff spotlight is on Leticia Saenz. As a Treatment Coordinator at Red Rock Fertility Center, Leticia handles every step involved in the fertility treatment process. She’s trained to assist with patients’ issues regarding their treatment, medication, and fertility cycle. When she’s not in the clinic, Leticia enjoys spending time with her daughter and going to family BBQs.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The best part about my job is that I get the opportunity to help couples expand their families. This brings lots of joy to couples and makes me feel incredibly happy as well.

Tell us about the relationships you’re able to form with each of your patients.
I love to get to know all my patients on a professional and personal relationship. I make sure they feel like they’re not just patients but also my friends throughout their treatment.

What’s the process for your patients during treatment?
I start with getting the patient’s flow sheet from our Financial Coordinator, Nadine, so that I can place an order for their medications. Then, I’ll contact the patient to schedule an appointment and meet with them and their partner. During this appointment, I train them on medication and sign consent forms. The patient will also be aware of when to call throughout the process. I always let the patient know that I’m available 24/7 via email to help them with anything they need.

Red Rock Fertility Center is unique because we’re committed to making sure patients feel special throughout their treatment. We truly care about how our patients feel, no matter what the problem is. Their happiness is a top priority for us.

What are your greatest professional and personal accomplishments?
My greatest professional accomplishment is making couples happy every day. As for my personal accomplishment, I’m proud of being a mother to my amazing daughter.

How long have you been in Las Vegas? What’s your favorite part about this town?
I’ve been in Las Vegas for 33 years. I love living here because I get to be close to my parents.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I absolutely love spending time with my family at our BBQs.

What is your favorite food?
My all-time favorite food is Japanese, especially sushi.

What is your favorite place to visit? Any places you’d love to visit?
My favorite place to visit has to be my home state of Arizona, of course. As for places I’d love to visit, I want to travel the world!

Is there anything you can’t live without?
That’s easy – my daughter.
