When seeking treatments, I had tried fertility treatments with another doctor and after several unsuccessful attempts at pregnancy, I started looking elsewhere. I found Red Rock Fertility after a simple Google search. It just happened that Dr. Littman was having a free, group education meeting the following Saturday. After attending Dr. Littman’s Saturday informational meeting, I was sure that not only did I want to leave my current doctor, but I definitely wanted Dr. Littman to help me with my fertility needs. Her patient reviews were fantastic and her success rates were incredible.
From day one, I felt like I had been taken in by the “family” at Red Rock. Everyone from the nurses to the financial personnel was there to guide me through the process. I was terrified at the beginning, but I quickly became more and more excited with each visit and follow up phone call with the clinic. I would, and I have several times, recommended Red Rock Fertility to many people. During my process, there was one nurse who was especially wonderful but no longer works there. In addition to her kindness, I was able to call and speak to someone whenever I needed to. I even facetimed my nurse when I was afraid of giving myself my first shot. The staff called to confirm appointments, check on me, and the nurse was available 24/7.
The overall process was incredibly organized, well planned and easy to understand, especially as someone who has no medical background. Along with every meeting or message, was hope. One on one meetings with the nurse and personalized graphs and charts explaining what the next step was in my process made my overall experience more personal.
My family and I love being outside. We spend a lot of time playing and working in the backyard, listening to music, and enjoying the simple things.
