Aaleiyah

It was a long six-year journey for mom and dad to finally meet their beautiful girl, Aaleiyah. After meeting with Dr. Littman in 2008, they began IVF treatments the following year. The couple was able to retrieve and freeze 10 embryos, and mom got pregnant on the first try. However, it wasn’t meant to be and she miscarried. The next try with a frozen embryo transfer the following year ended in a biochemical pregnancy (a very early miscarriage).

With no possible causes found to reveal the reason for the miscarriages. mom and dad decided to take a break horn trying. In 2013. they attempted another frozen embryo transfer. The transfer initially resulted in a twin pregnancy, however, one of the babies stopped growing at six weeks – but not Aaleiyah.

It was her time to enter this world. Mom and dad were ecstatic! Congratulations to mom, dad and our June Baby of the Month, Aaleiyah, for not giving up on your long road to parenthood. Such an incredible story of hope and determination produced our gorgeous, well-deserved Baby of the Month.
