Our team at Red Rock Fertility Center is committed to providing personalized service to all our patients. We believe that it’s beneficial for both the staff and patients to develop a personal relationship to have a better experience. That’s why we started this ongoing staff spotlight series. We want you to get to know us better, just as much we want to get to know you throughout your process.
This staff spotlight is on Constance Petronella. As the Director of Nursing at Red Rock Fertility Center, she provides care for patients at all stages of their fertility treatment (pre-, during, and post-procedure). She helps patients better understand their procedures, including what to expect and how to prepare for treatment. When Constance is not in the clinic, she enjoys going on mini adventures with her boyfriend and spending time with family.
Learn more about Constance Petronella here:

  • How long have you worked at Red Rock Fertility Center?

About a year now.

  • Tell us about a typical day at work for you.

Providing care for patients before, during and after their procedures. I pre-op them, accompany them to the OR and circulate during their procedure, then bring them to PACU where I recover them and answer questions about their aftercare. I call patients that are going to have their procedures and teach them about what to expect and how to prepare. I work closely with Dee on maintaining our accreditation both with state and AAAASF. I love to help out in other areas if needed.

  • What’s the most exciting part of your job?

Meeting and being a part of all our patients’ journey to motherhood.

  • Tell us about the relationships you’re able to form with each of your patients. Explain how your role impacts their overall experience at RRFC.

I treat my patients as if they were my own family.  I talk to them, explain things to them, comfort them and just offer all the love and kindness I have in my heart.

  • What do you think makes Red Rock Fertility Center a unique place for fertility treatment?

We have an amazing and incredibly gifted Doctor at the helm of this ship. It is an amazing place to work because we are just like a family. We let that close family feeling pour over to our patients. They are a part of our lives and we are a part of theirs. The entire facility is warm and inviting. It doesn’t feel like a clinic or hospital. Along with our caring team, Red Rock Fertility Center is a beautiful and loving environment that you genuinely feel once you come in.
Now we want to get to know Constance on a more personal level!

  • How long have you been in Las Vegas and what’s your favorite part about this town?

I have been living here almost 10 years and I love the randomness of the town. On any given night you can see the most random show or eat at some oddball restaurant. No two nights are ever the same.

  • Staff hightlight - team member. What is your favorite food and/or restaurant?

I love all kinds of food so it genuinely depends on my mood. My favorite places can range from Kona Grill, Sea: The Thai Experience, Sushi Samba, The Steakhouse at Circus Circus to Ellis Island BBQ, On the Border, Fatburger or any good old fashioned Vegas Buffet!

  • What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I love my mini adventures with my boyfriend and spending time with my family.  I ADORE all things Disney and Marvel so going to Disneyland or Disney World is always on my mind.

  • What is your favorite place to visit? Any places you’d love to visit?

DISNEYLAND! But also San Diego, New York and I would love to go back to Hawaii and find my way to Atlantis or Bora Bora… somewhere tropical and exotic.

  • What is your greatest accomplishment?

Becoming a registered nurse! Best decision I ever made!

  • Is there anything you can’t live without?

Shoes, purses and jewelry! Also my sweetheart little kittens. Well, cats, but they will always be kittens to me!
Now that you know a little more about a very important member of the staff, Constance, please stay tuned for our next staff spotlight feature. We look forward to sharing more about our team in the coming months!
